HCR provides care in your home under the supervision of Certified Wound Specialists . These highly trained nurses have achieved National certification in wound, ostomy and incontinence care. They work directly with our specially trained multidisciplinary team of nurses, physical and occupational therapists to provide quality care to you in your home.
The care that wound and ostomy patients receive in the home is an important extension of the treatment and procedures they receive from their physician and the physician’s team in the hospital and the office. Our wound team works closely with your physician to ensure the best possible outcomes. We use digital photography to document your wound progression and to communicate with your physician.
