Unique Employee Benefits

  • HCR is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). Every employee who works over 1000 hours a year can earn shares of HCR. After three years of working a minimum of 1000 hours each year, employees become fully vested and officially become owners of HCR. No other health care company in this region provides this benefit.
  • HCR organizes summer events for employees and their families at little or no cost. Events have included picnics, a day at Seabreeze, The Seneca Park Zoo, and the Strong Museum.
  • Every year HCR holds an annual event for employees and a guest. These formal events are free to every employee and a guest. Music, great food, camaraderie, and awards, in an elegant setting, mark a celebration of a great year and what’s to come.
  • HCR maintains an “open door policy” and senior management is responsive to concerns.
